If you are a property owner who is interested in having a reputable company not only rent your property but take care of all the hassles of property management, you are in luck. As our name suggests, we specialize in providing our clients fully furnished residences. Because most of our guests request an extra bedroom, we are most open to 2 bedroom units. However, on occasion, we come across requests for 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom units.

If you have a condominum or private home you would like to rent, please contact us by telephone or email. Avalon Corporate Housing's default policy to our clients is NO SMOKING and NO PETS. If you are willing to open your unit to pets, or smoking please let us know.
